Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from Frantoio and Leccino varieties that grow throughout our estate.
After the manual harvest which takes place in November, the olives are cold pressed at a controlled temperature to enhance the herbaceous and artichoke scents, the finish is bitter and enveloping.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is Vegan, Organic and Of Protected Origin, a Sienese excellence.

On the occasion of Chianti Lovers, the annual event held in Florence by the Chianti Consortium, our Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG 2016, certified ORGANIC and VEGAN, was judged among the best 10 Chianti for tasting and the best Chianti Colli Senesi of 2016.

We say goodbye to # Vinitaly2016 It was a special edition for #Casabianca: we presented the new logo, the new labels and took stock of the first year of #ChiantiVegan (a success of numbers and attention!).
So many news that have given us just as much satisfaction in these four days in #Verona!
